Career transition · Ukraine market
Three deliverables, in order: a skills assessment, a rebuilt CV written for local screeners, and bilingual interview practice. Fees are fixed and stated before you book.
02 / Market Gap
Three gaps appear in almost every first review. Each row lists the expectation, the evidence we usually find, and the target the dossier builds toward.
| Hiring expectation | Typical profile evidence | Target after the dossier |
|---|---|---|
| 01 CV format and ATS readability Source: screening notes, 2025 | Two pages built for print, role titles that do not match the vacancy wording, skills buried inside a paragraph. | One page, ATS-clean, with role-matched headings and a scannable evidence block. |
| 02 Documented language level Source: vacancy requirements, 2025 | No language line at all, or “English” with no stated level and no proof of use at work. | CEFR level stated per language, with one line of evidence for each. |
| 03 Career gaps explained factually Source: recruiter screening notes, 2025 | An unexplained break in the timeline, or an apologetic paragraph that draws attention to it. | A dated, neutral note that closes the gap without defending it. |
These rows are working notes, not scores. See what each stage of the dossier includes, or book a Career Diagnostic.
03 / Method
Three ruled stages, each closing with a document you keep. No stage opens before the one before it is signed off.
